NMS Viewer not Displaying Google Maps (Doc ID 2580867.1)

Symptoms

On : 1.12.0.3 version, Web Workspace

For no reason, the Viewer was no longer showing Google Maps.   The viewer was just showing a black screen.

This was happening across both QA and production systems.

This warning appeared in the client's java log:
