PDRs Generation Fail with RS_FAILURE Status, REP-1825: MSG-00010: 328900: SRW.RUN_REPORT Error (Doc ID 2581355.1)

Symptoms

Generating PDRs from RDC or OC results in RS_FAILURE status with the following error message displayed:
 

The report terminated with error:
REP-1825: MSG-00010: 328900: SRW.RUN_REPORT failed. Updating faiulre text. REP-1825: The Before Report trigger returned FALSE.

 

 

 

If we look in Oracle Clinical Application - Admin - PSUB/Report Jobs - Report Queue Manager for the corresponding Report Job ID and press on the "X" icon we can see the error:


 

l<job_id>.log is generated in the User's Report Server Directory showing only the following content:

No PDF or Output File generated in the User's Report Server directory at all.
