Goal

On : 10.2.0.31 version, General

Enhancement : RemoveByFund assignment type needs to support specifying which bucket to remove from

AcctTransfer-FromIndexed activity which is configured to use RemoveByFund is taking money from the wrong Bucket.
ApplyByFund is working correctly in this case (BUCKET attribute set to a math variable with a 1 in it)
RemoveByFund is what isn’t working. It has the BUCKET attribute on the assignment and the value in the associated math variable is 1, but it takes from bucket 12 instead. This used to work in V8, but was removed in V9.
