AutoProcess Parent Activity Does Not Process Child Activities (Doc ID 2581461.1)

AutoProcess is not working consistently.
Activities are not getting Autoprocessed all the times.
When users try to process parent activity, the child activities are not Autoprocessed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take an Existing policy.
2. Add a Requirement which will spawn Add Requirement Activity.
3. Process this activity ( * it is not processing the child activities).
4. Update the status of the Requirement which will spawn the Update Requirement.
5. Process the Update Requirement ( * Autoprocess is not picked for spawned activities).
