On : 7.4.0.0.0 version, Service Component

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Customer able create OTU4 Connectivity and assign the various available channels. But requirement is to Create ODU2e service enabled via ODU4 and ODU4 is enabled via OTU4.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer should able to create Services on top of OTU/ODU Connectivity

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create OTU4 connectivity which will be enabled via DWDM Optical Fiber (Consist of DWDM Fiber channels).
2. Now create ODU2e Service/connectivity which will be enabled via above connectivity.
3. Create Ethernet 10 G service which will be enabled via ODU2e Service.
