Symptoms

On : 2.5.0.2.0 version, UT - Utilities

Threadpool is not picking the batch

We have installed CCB 2.5.0.2 in Cluster, also we are running batch server in cluster.
while running the batches , we are observing that records count get stuck and TPW start giving error in log.
