Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC) version 5.0.2 The Diameter Control Agent (DCA) is an interface capable to handle Diameter protocol messages.
By doing so DCA provides support for Diameter Attribute-Value-Structure (AVP) specified in TS 32.299. When defining AVPs it is possible to include an AVP with a Grouped type within a Grouped type, this means they are nested.
When are defined in the configuration file (eserv.config) multiple nested AVPs cannot be defined with the same AVP code.
