When a Service Issue Monitor that is initiated from a Command Activity is progressed, it is discarded instead of creating an SIO Activity
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up Service Task Type for a Command Activity with Discard Rules settings as follows:
Monitor Type for Activity = YesIf Completed Activity Found = YesNumber of Days Back = 3
Set up related Device, DC, IE and SP.
2. Create a Command Activity (i.e. Remote Disconnect) related to the Device.
3. Discard Command Activity to create a Service Issue Monitor (SIM).
4. Click on ‘Analyze Service Point’ on SIM page -make sure there is NO other Service Investigative Order (SIO) Activity existing at this time.
Expected Result: The SIM is NOT discarded.
Actual Result: The SIM is discarded
