OCSG QoS' Diameter Connect Status Is Wrong (Doc ID 2582246.1)

Symptoms

There are two Diameter Server Addresses configured in Qos plugin config.

DestinationAddresses: <IP_OF_Diameter1>:<Port>, <IP_OF_Diameter2>:<Port>


It's found that one of the IP addresses has been disconnected in the NT log.
Log time range start from 8/1 12:00 AM.


OCSG plugin still shows "Connected = true".

1. Why OCSG still shows "connected true", is it a bug?
2. It should be "Scheduled timer task to reconnect to peer", but it doesn't reconnect automatically.
