After AxWay Upgrade BULK ICSR TRANSMIT (EDI Out) Bulb/Bubble Stays Yellow (Doc ID 2582486.1)

Symptoms

Upgraded the Axway from Axway (5.12.0.0.12 ) to Axway B2bi (B2Bi 2.3.1 SP1).

Observed that for some transmissions the EDI Out bubble stays yellow
In Gateway the transmission is sent successfully and MDN has been sent back.

However, this is not updated in Argus BULK ICSR TRANSMIT screen (EDI Out).

Also, for successful transmission, until the ACK is received from the agency the case status in BULK ICSR TRANSMIT (EDI Out) bubble stays yellow state (pending).
Once the ACK has been received the status is not moved to the next state (MDN Rec. and Ack Rec).
