Location LOV in Order Shipment Task Does Not Return Any Value (Doc ID 2582560.1)

The Location List of Values (LOV) in Order Shipment task (Tasks-->Inventory-->Shipments and Receipts -->Ship Purchase Order) does not return any value.

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Task Menu --> Inventory --> Shipments and Receipts --> Ship Purchase Order.
2. Select an Order from the LOV.
3. Select Ship Date.
4. Click on the Location LOV to display the Location List, however, note that it does not display anything; the LOV does not move at all.
