Upgraded GLS Main Selection Criteria Is Causing The Batch Job To Run For A Long Time (Doc ID 2582706.1)

Goal

Post Upgradation from CCB v2.1 to CCB v2.6.1. main select for GLS has been changed to no longer exclude records with a blank GL(General Ledger) account. This change is causing the batch to now select a lot more records and take a lot more time and get worse as more FT records occur with a GL account.What is the purpose of removing this criteria? Records without a GL(General Ledger)account will not be processed by GLS anyway.
