Symptoms
There is an error while using 100% option in billing care while performing event level adjustments for events which are having a tax component.
Opcode PCM_OP_AR_EVENT_ADJUSTMENT returns the below :
0 PIN_FLD_RESULT ENUM [0] 0
0 PIN_FLD_DESCR STR [0] "Partial AR amount is over the limit"
0 PIN_FLD_ADJUSTMENT_INFO ARRAY [0] allocated 20, used 4
1 PIN_FLD_RESOURCE_ID INT [0] 124
1 PIN_FLD_AMOUNT DECIMAL [0] 7.2
1 PIN_FLD_AMOUNT_TAXED DECIMAL [0] 0.36
1 PIN_FLD_DISCOUNT DECIMAL [0] -1.8"
It shows that "Partial AR amount is over the limit" and UI shows an error accordingly and there is no issue from BRM, EVENT_ADJUSTMENT is working as expected.
Actual Behavior: The error is thrown when front end and CSR is selecting 100% adjustment option
Expected Behavior:Without error, Billing care should communicate back to pass correct amounts to BRM for 100% adjustment amount when tax amount is involved.
