Symptoms
When an Item has a Standard Unit of Measure (UOM) that is different from Selling UOM, any type of Price Event (Regular, Clearance, Promotion) results in an error.
Error

NO_DIM_CONV
"The conversion from LB to EA could not be performed because the necessary dimensions have not been defined."
Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Item with standard UOM is different from selling UOM.
2. Range the Item to locations and define a price.
3. Populate the pricing integration staging tables SVC_PRICING_EVENT_HEAD and SVC_PRICING_EVENT_LOCS with a price change.
4. Regardless of what price event type, the price change will result in an error with the following error message
"The conversion from to could not be performed because the necessary dimensions have not been defined.:
