Agile Out Of Box Report Is Having Different Time Zone Displaying Then The User Preference Time Zone (Doc ID 2583157.1)

Goal

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Agile PLM Application has GMT time zone set in the user preference but when running the Agile standard report, sometimes it is showing BST.

STEPS
1. Login to admin user

2. Check user preference time zone :

Time Zone:(GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time : Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London

3. Run User Usage Report

User Usage Report,
Name:,Agile Database
Create Time:,08/28/2019 05:10:41 AM BST
Start Date:,01/01/2019 05:09:52 AM GMT
End Date:,02/01/2019 05:09:52 AM GMT
