Symptoms

On Oracle Health Sciences Information Manager 3.0.1, RLS is returning a malformed ExtrinsicObject.uniqueId element after metadata update.

Due to this issue, transactions are failing in the production system due to XML schema validation failing when the registryObject attribute is missing.
