HTTP error code : 401 in migration log while exporting objects

Symptoms
Object export/import is failing
ERROR

Even though in front end export shows successful, DMP file is not getting generated.
Login with SYSADMN is working and other rest-api calls from post man is also working ,SYSADMN is the default service account using which rest call authentication happens.
See the following error:
