Graph Loading In Data Domain Fails With Error: Record Will Not Be Fully Indexed (Doc ID 2583427.1)

Symptoms

On : 3.2.0 version, Integrator ETL/Designer

Updates were done in Oracle Lease Management System but it does not reflect in the other application because there is an error with the ingestion of a specific record to the Endeca Server.
The Scheduler graph failed during the ingestion process with error "Received error message from server: Record 4294967295 will not be fully indexed".

The services on the Endeca servers were bounced but the issue is still there.
