STORE_ITEM_STOCK_HIST Incorrect When Receiving Unavailable Transfer Shipment

When a transfer is received with unavailable inventory, the receiving store's QUANTITY_NON_SELLABLE, and STORE_ITEM_STOCK_NON_SELL is correctly updated, however the record in STORE_ITEM_STOCK_HISTORY shows delta in QUANTITY_TOTAL_DELTA but not in QUANTITY_NON_SELLABLE_DELTA.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a transfer for unavailable inventory in SIM PC client.
2. Create a shipment for unavailable inventory on MAF handheld and attach it to the transfer.
3. Dispatch shipment.
4. Receive shipment.
5. Note that the QUANTITY_NON_SELLABLE has been updated, but there is no record to indicate that in STORE_ITEM_STOCK_HISTORY.
6. Note that "useUnavailable" is set to true in ASNOut message, but set to false in ReceiptCre Message.
