ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

DeleteRole button security does not remove the Delete Role option from the Role Screen actions.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Removing permission for the DeleteRole button should remove the available selection from the screen.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deselect the check box for the DeleteRole button on the PolicyRole and SegmentRole plan pages.
2. Navigate to the Role Screen and view the list of available actions from the menu.
