Schema Creator Fails After the Message 'Please provide either the default password'

Symptoms
After re-running the Schema Creator to address an issue identified during the initial OFSAA installation attempt, the Schema Creator fails with the following message at the end of the OFS_<app>_OSC_xxxxxxx.log from /schema_creator/logs:
