Can't see the OK button after manual allocation of activity

After manually allocating an activity to a crew shift, often the 'Enter a Shift' window is not opened enough to be able to hit the 'OK' button for a second time.

This requires the user to increase the size of the window in order to complete the allocation. This is inefficient, and this window should always open so that both the 'OK' and "Cancel' buttons can be selected with out having to open/expand the window manually.
