PFT 8.0.7 Install Fails with 'TNS-03502: Insufficient arguments' for GUI Mode with 'setup.sh WP GUI' Command (Doc ID 2584434.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to install Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT) 8.0.7 using the GUI mode, you get the error "Error : APP Pre-check failed" and re-run the installer using the command "./setup.sh WP GUI" as described in the installation guide.  This is the first application pack installed in the environment.  The install fails with the error below:

Please create a TNS entry with tha name for information domain.



The following error exists in the OFS_PFT_installation.log in /OFS_PFT_PACK/OFS_PFT/logs:

As a result, you cannot complete the PFT install.
