SIM Does Not Open the Shelf Labels in the Browser (Doc ID 2584509.1)

Symptoms

 When hitting print labels (shelf labels) from SIM (Store Inventory Management) using the "Browser" printer, the item label PDF file does not open in teh default browser as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Print menu.
2. Click on Item Print button.
3. Create an item label.
4. Click on Print Ticket button, and choose the "Browser" printer to preview the item label in the default browser.
5. No page preview has shown up.

 

The following error can be noticed in the Java Console log;
