Error Trying To Generate Acknowledgment (Doc ID 2584583.1)

Symptoms

When importing an E2B R2 file the file is loaded, but, no Acknowledgment is written to the out folder.

The following error is found in the ESM_ACK_Transmission log file:

Unable to generate the EDI Header/Footer from stored procedure ESM_PKG_NONDLP.EDI_WRAPPER


Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Receive and Accept E2B
2. No ACK Generated in OUT folder
