Symptoms

Issue

The following columns do not have a value in the case listing report which is correct behavior.

- Lab Data Dictionary
- Lab Data Coding Status
- Lab Data Coding Status (J)

However, if the case listing report has additional the column "Lab Data - Tabular" and/or "Lab Data - Tabular(J)",
the value of "Lab Data-Tabular (J)" in the last row populates all the "Lab Data Dictionary", "Lab Data Coding Status" and "Lab Data Coding Status (J)"
columns

Steps to replicate the issue
------------------------------------------------------
1. Create a new case and add the lab data in the patient tab
2. Save the case

3. Go to Reports > System report > Case listing report
4. Select the following columns

Lab Data - Tabular
Lab Data - Tabular (J)
Lab Data Dictionary
Lab Data Coding Status
Lab Data Coding Status (J)

5. Print the case listing report (CSV)
6. Check the downloaded CSV

The value of "Lab Data-Tabular (J)" in the last row populates all the "Lab Data Dictionary", "Lab Data Coding Status" and "Lab Data Coding Status (J)" columns.
