Symptoms
Operations Mobile App (OMA) - Html error when iPad went to offline
Logged into OMA and went to offline without performing any actions. After 1 or 2 minutes it's giving an html error on iPad saying 'Operation could not be completed' when we switch between offline and online state

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OMA
2. Go to offline without performing any actions
3. Wait a few minutes
4. Switch back to online and the error will occur.
