Symptoms
TemplateEmailSender sending emails to wrong session when multiple instances of JMV in use
With errors like:

mail.TemplateEmailException: Page /email/transactional/SubmitOrderReceived.jsp;jsessionid=notdefined was not rendered correctly. Return code is 404 (Not Found). Check to make sure that the path is valid and that the page contains no errors.
