Template Emails Do Not Work Due To Incorrect Configuration In Standalone.xml For the "Web" (Session) Cache (Doc ID 2585478.1)

Symptoms

TemplateEmailSender sending emails to wrong session when multiple instances of JMV in use

With errors like:

mail.TemplateEmailException: Page /email/transactional/SubmitOrderReceived.jsp;jsessionid=notdefined was not rendered correctly. Return code is 404 (Not Found). Check to make sure that the path is valid and that the page contains no errors.
