Symptoms
Operate the wire in Operations Mobile App (OMA) causes no symbol for a cut wire in the Network Management System (NMS) viewer
When you operate a wire through OMA it will de-energize the wire in OMA and NMS. If there are customers it creates an event. In NMS, you get no specific symbol to indicate why the wire is de-energized.
