Symptoms

When attempting to import XER file,
the following error occurs.

Runtime error 231 at 000000000BD093D2


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. File --> Import --> XER
2. Select XER file from Windows Explorer
3. Complete the import XER process
