C2M - Activity Update Removes Appointment Details In MWM (Doc ID 2586683.1)

On : 2.6.0.1.0 version, Meter Data Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
C2M - Activity update removes appointment details in MWM

When Activity with appointment is updated this removes appointment details in MWM. This causes issue as activity in C2M shows that appointment is taken while activity in MWM shows that appointment is not taken.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the MWM appointment details would be retained under these circumstances.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Field Related Activity in MWM. (no issue)
2. Take an appointment. (no issue in both systems)
3. Initiate an update in C2M. (i.e. comments or something else)
4. Appointment in C2M stays as it was in step #2.
5. Appointmenti in MWM is removed.
