Goal

TSF_EXPECTED_QTY & TSF_RESERVED_QTY are going to negative because of DOCCLOSE batch.
Also, Transfers are being able to ship in SIM even after Transfer is marked for 'Delete' in RMS by TSFCLOSE.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create transfer in SIM.
2. Change VDATE (~+30 Days)
3. Run TSFCLOSE Batch.
4. Ship the transfer from SIM.
5. Run DOCCLOSE Batch
6. Note TSF_EXPECTED_QTY and TSF_RESERVED_QTY in respective to and from locations
