We have a package for finishing (package inserted into an envelope). We currently used a custom code to develop a 2d barcode, this would be a count of when the document separator on the barcode changes if we are packaging by document sep, or the count of the packages (policies) if we are packaging by package/policy number.

A transaction sent in the input xml, could have different recipients/print groupings. I.e. a new business transaction, could generate output in an Insured recipient group and an Agent recipient group. It is more a package count per transaction/recipient group.

The business would like us to display a package sequence counter in the window of the envelope so they can match the number of envelopes processed by the inserter to the last package sequence they can see in the window envelope as a cross check.

Is there a reserved tag in ODEE that calculates the package count?
