Error Starting-up BRE And RRE In Pricing Design Center (Doc ID 2587218.1)

Goal

User successfully installed Pricing Design Center[PDC] 12.0.0.1.0 on Managed Server (pdc_server1) and currently PDC server is up and running but encounter error while starting up BRE [Batch Rating Engine] and RRE [Realtime Rating Engine]. Both has same error message.

Weblogic is running in port 7001 (AdminServer), username is "weblogic". Created Managed Server (pdc_server1) in port 7005, username "pdcuser". PDC was installed in "pdc_server1". Noticed different error message if change port # in TransformationConfiguration.xml. See below errors on each port. Please advise what should be the correct value in config xml.

TransformationConfiguration.xml file with 7005 set.

1. Which port number [Managed Server or Weblogic Admin] need to be configured in TransformationConfiguration.xml ?
2. Why above error is coming ?

NOTE: WebLogic Server Version: 12.2.1.2.0 is used
