Symptoms

Customer received below message from EMA for R3 ACK files -

ORGID: XXXXXX is sending invalid acknowledgements.
Invalid reason: HL7 ack root for id was expected to be 2.16.840.1.113883.3.989.2.1.3.22 but found 2.16.840.1.113883.3.989.2.1.1.1.
All acknowledgements are being redirected into the invalid queue.
