Message number: 11001, 1850 Element: data/imds/imd[1]/postVEE/startQty
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Env – C2MO Oracle sandbox C2M 2.7.0.1 FW 4.4.0.0
2.Access Mark Brazil MC id 560591879380 (MC Type : E-S-KWH-MANUAL/ D1-Register).
3. Navigate to 360 view. Scroll to Scalar - Initial Measurement Overlay zone, Click on Load and get error as described
