Activity Entry Fields wont load
Found that the "Entry Fields" tab will not load any data on a processed activity. Found there is a mismatch between the screen config, and rows saved to AsActivityFields. If you 'insert' the missing rows into the db table, the screen will load properly. This was not an issue in OIPA V9.
