MTA Is Reporting ac=R When Email Is Delivered To Groups Successfully

Symptoms
Emails being delivered to certain groups, are being flagged as ac=R, when in fact, they have been delivered successfully. We would expect to see ac=D for these such emails.

Here is the enqueue where we see the ac=E*:
Due to this issue, there is confusion when reading the transaction logs for which messages truly bounced or were delivered successfully.
