OHI Cannot Update Policy when Code in Payload Is Lower Case (Doc ID 2589770.1)

When you create a policy using a code with lower case, OHI converts the code to upper case.
If you try to update the policy using the same code with lower case, OHI throws an error that the policy already exists.
If we convert the code to upper case, the system can update the policy without any messages

"GEN-ORA-00001: This "Contract" already exists"

("Contract" is the customer translation for policy)

Expected behavior: Considering that OHI is able to find the policy, it could also update it, just like it does when I send the code with upper case

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create a policy though IP, provide a code with lower case
- Try to update the policy using the same code as before
- Got error message that the policy already exists
