Symptoms
Current behavior
=============
Due to a single inconsistent usage event record in a file which has thousands of records, all the records in the file are being rejected.
Expected behavior
===========
The request is to enhance Rated Event Loader (REL) to process all the records in a file and skip the failed records, in that way, reject only the inconsistent records during the event load.
