REL Fails to Process CDR with "1014" Error

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), when attempting to process a Pipeline Rated Call Data Record (CDR) with the Rated Event Loader (REL), the following error is thrown and the load fails:
An interupt has occurred and caused an error.
This issue is not easily reproducible as it appears specific to the format of the CDR being processed by REL.
