User cannot write negative rates for an IRC from User Interface (UI).
When trying to create an IRC that contains negative rates, it is not working. The negative sign cannot be added from UI.
It's been attempted to put it from the database back-end and it is working, however when opening the IRC definition from the UI and trying to modify the negative rate, user gets disconnected.
Following error was found in fsapps.log file:
INFODOM VALIDATION FAILED. USER WILL BE LOGGED OUT / APPADMIN is not valid or mapped.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to create an IRC with negative rates from User Interface (UI).
