OHIM Registry Slow Response For ATNA Messages For Some Nodes In The Cluster (Doc ID 2591394.1)

On Oracle Health Sciences Information Manager (HIM) 3.0.0 version,


OHIM cluster is configured with 8 Managed Servers, 4 on cluster 1 and 4 on cluster 2.
Each Managed Server has its own virtual machine:
All Managed (4) Servers on cluster 1 in have performance issues with a response about 12 seconds per request.
All Managed Servers in cluster 2 works fine/normal and have a response less than 1 second (average is 0.260 seconds/request).

It would be expected that all Managed Servers in the OHIM cluster to have a response time less than 1 second.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Submit ATNA requests to the OHIM cluster
2. Check the response time for all Managed Servers in the cluster.
