Symptoms

Unable to create a new Enterprise in an Argus Multi-tenant environment, when attempting this the below error is received :


Below is subsequently reported in cmn_error_log:

'ORA-30554: function-based index ARGUS_APP.FBI_LMCO_COUNTRY is disabled
