Failed to update event details information.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open Event Details for a completed event, add an Operations Event Note, and press Save.

2. Enter an "Updating Completed Event" "Reason For Updating" comment larger than 128 Char and save. The Event Details "Edit Log" PICKLIST_COMPLETION_LOG database table save will fail but the Event Details changed value is still saved to "Operations Event Note" JOB_NOTES database table.

3. Exit Event Details and Click No on Save Changes Dialog.

4. Reopen Event Details and select the Completions Actions tab, the Edit Log is missing the entry for the above change.
