Symptoms

Customer is unable to execute cartridgeConfigurationTool.sh

They want to analyze their system for devices/IOS with use of the cartridgeConfigurationTool.sh but it's failing

[bin]$ ./cartridgeConfigurationTool.sh -queryActiveDeviceTypesAndIOS oim server 2809 <USER> <PASSWORD> -output /tmp/dev.txt
