Oracle Utilities Network Management System - Version to [Release 2.3 to 2.4]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On 2019-07-22 a FLISR event failed due to an overload violation (expected) and created a MANUAL solution which was then executed by the Controller.
In analyzing the FLISR event for any improvements you found that FLISR recorded in Work Agenda that the restoration was automatically executed by FLISR which is incorrect as it was executed by the controller. It was expected that FLISR would record that “FLISR (M) Solutions Generated With Violations”

Request is to fix NMS Web Workspace to show the expected record for this scenario.

FLISR impacted. Analysis of events are incorrect and leads to incorrect action in future. Report on performance indicates a higher success of FLISR automatic responses.

Web Workspace shows incorrect message for following FLISR incident:
In following scenario when you have limitation in restoration feeder e.g overload, then FLISR should create manual switching sheet. Apparently FLISR has done correct action but the message/description in Work Agenda shows “FLISR (A) Automatically Executed” instead “FLISR (M) Solutions Generated With Violations”.
