Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) compatibility matrix mentions CTQ 3.0 and CTQ 3.00.02 but not 3.01, however, recent Vertex communications indicate that CTQ 3.0 retirement is being accelerated due to a defect causing "unanticipated calculation behavior."
