The Oracle Utilities Global Business Unit is pleased to announce the general availability of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing V2.7.0 Service Pack 3 (2.7.0.3).

It is ready for customers and partners to download from Oracle Software Delivery Cloud.

Key Features in this release include:

• Configurable letter print extracts
• Enhanced pay plan processing
• Ability to track written off debt
• Additional DataConnect extracts related to customer data and billing data
• Adoption of Oracle Utilities Application Framework V4.4.0 Service Pack 2

Software Download Options:

1. Navigate to Oracle Software Delivery Cloud
2. Search for 'Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing 2.7.0.3.0' and click '+ Add to Cart'
3. Click on 'Checkout'
4. For the Selected Software, select the Platform (e.g., Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit)) and click 'Continue'
