LSRate Report Stuck At 0% and Process Column Showing User Machine (Doc ID 2592506.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Utilities Energy Information Platform (EIP) when running a report, the report status remains at 0%. When checking the error message "Warning: Errors have occurred. Please check report " And when i check the report, its blank.

Same report have successfully completed 100%. In the reports list for the reports stuck at 0%, the process column is showing the one of the user's Machine Name instead of the Server Name.




STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into EIP
2. Select an LSRate report type and run
3. Observe report completion % does not change, stays at 0%
